Situated near the head of third best natural habour in the world, the seacoast town of Shelburne, Nova Scotia, has had a lengthy and prestigious association with yachting and the Shelburne Harbour Yacht Club was established in 1903.
Today, the club proudly occupies new facilities at the edge of the Historic Waterfront District, as part of the Muir-Cox Shipyard Museum Complex. The SHYC shares space in the former large vessel building of Harley S. Cox and Sons with the Osprey Arts Centre and Theatre, Shelburne Harbour Marina Association and Shelburne Sailing School Association.
Whether you are sailing, motoring or driving the highways, we hope you will stop in for a visit or stay.
